House Rules for Our Holiday Apartment

1. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal

Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. Dispose of all waste in the designated bins.

2. Quiet Hours & Respect

Please be considerate of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Treat other residents and guests with kindness and respect.

3. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building, including the underground garage, stairwell, and apartment.

A €500 penalty will be charged for any violation.

If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor areas.

4. Prohibited Behavior

Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Our apartments are intended as peaceful places to relax and should remain clean and quiet.

If excessive noise or unusual dirtiness occurs, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.

Throwing objects from the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Access to the roof of the building is also prohibited.

5. Pets

Pets are not allowed in our apartments in order to maintain an allergy-friendly environment for all guests.

6. Kitchen & Equipment

You are welcome to use the kitchen and all appliances. Please leave everything clean after use so that the next guest can also enjoy a pleasant stay.

7. Heating, Water & Electricity

To help protect the environment, please use the heating only when necessary and keep the windows closed while the heating is on.

We also kindly ask you to use water and electricity responsibly and switch off lights when leaving the apartment.

8. Feeding Pigeons

Feeding pigeons—especially from the balcony or windowsills—is strictly prohibited.

Feeding pigeons attracts additional animals and can cause significant dirt and health hazards.

Failure to comply may result in a contractual penalty of up to €250.

9. Permitted Use of the Apartment

The apartment may only be used for residential and holiday purposes.

Any commercial, illegal, or unauthorized use of the accommodation is strictly prohibited.

In particular, the apartment may not be used for prostitution, escort services, or any other unlawful activities.

In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately and charge any additional costs incurred (such as cleaning, damages, or other necessary measures).

Where appropriate, we also reserve the right to take legal action.
